Do I need to be present for each visit?
No. Once access is arranged, servicing is completed without requiring your presence. Most clients treat this as a fully hands-off service.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We’re happy to assist with rescheduling where possible. As each visit is reserved in advance, changes within 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
