Return & Refund Policy
At Kleen Kar Detailing, we take pride in delivering premium, high-quality detailing services. Due to the nature of our work, the following policy applies:
Services & Satisfaction
All services are performed with the highest level of care, using professional techniques and products. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can assess and resolve the issue.
We do not offer refunds for completed services but will, at our discretion, provide a rework where appropriate.
Deposits & Bookings
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit
- This policy ensures we can allocate time and staff efficiently
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
- More than 48 hours’ notice → deposit can be transferred to a new booking
- Less than 48 hours’ notice → deposit may be forfeited
- No-shows will result in loss of deposit
Paint & Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
By booking a service, you acknowledge:
- Pre-existing damage (including scratches, swirl marks, stone chips, worn paint, or trim deterioration) may become more visible after detailing
- We are not responsible for underlying defects or prior damage
- Some results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and prior treatments
Liability
While all care is taken, Kleen Kar Detailing is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical or electrical faults
- Personal items left in the vehicle
Customers are advised to remove valuables prior to service.
